Where do you wash?

We have partnered with a local laundromat that provides top-of-the-line commercial grade washer and dryers for efficient and gentle cleaning. We pride ourselves in providing quality results in a clean environment every step of the way!

What are your hours of operation?

We operate from Monday to Friday, 9:30AM - 4PM. We do operate some Saturdays by request. Contact us for Saturday service.

Do you mix customer's clothing for washing and/or drying?

No. Customer orders are NEVER mixed.

Do you offer any services for washing large or bulky items?

Yes. Please see our fixed price list page for bulk items.

Are there any loyalty or rewards programs available?

Yes, we offer 5% off each order for reoccuring customers. That's $1.95/LB for reoccurring customers.

Is there a minimum weight for Pick-up orders?

Yes. Our minimum weight is 20lbs. That is half full Tumble bag or two slightly full standard kitchen trash bags. About 2-3 loads of laundry. All laundry orders are subject to a 20lb minimum charge. If an order weighs less than 20lbs, it will still be billed at the 20lb rate. This policy esures efficiency in service and pricing.

Do you offer hang dry services?

Yes, at no extra cost. To ensure item is dry, hang dry add-on is only available for 2-Day Delivery. Items may be delivered slightly damp.

What are your Eco-Friendly options?

Yes. We have an option for ECOS Plastic-Free detergent and organic wool dryer balls.

Do you offer Hypoallergenic options?

Yes. We offer All Free & Clear detergent, Downy Free & Clear liquid fabric softener and Bouch Free & Clear dryer sheet options.

Do you wash washable rugs?

No. We hope to include it in our services in the near future.
